The foundation is in the first place a support foundation, but keeps the possibility open to engage in its own projects if suitable. 

The purposes set down in the statutes shall be fulfilled in the long term. The aims of education and teaching, as well as research and science shall be given more funding than youth aid and charitable purposes. 

The guaranteed help should be directly effective and oriented to the future. It is desirable to have a lever effect to benefit the public interest. 

The foundation does not support any private persons. Domestic and foreign charitable organisations must fulfil the particular legal and tax requirements. There are no legal claims to benefits from the Foundation.

The foundation only supports concrete projects. Applications shall be made by email. The goal, purpose and need for the request must be presented and justified in an application. Reporting and project controlling are part of the proper implementation of a project.  

The foundation gives neither deficit guarantees nor belated financing.
